Exterior Condition
Light brown leather cover on thick cardboard. Covers embossed along the margins with floral-pattern frame. Same pattern is on the edges of both covers. Cover is worn, pieces of leather hanging. In some parts, board is showing. Precarious especially in the spine. Spine reads: "Marsei 24."
Interior Condition
Red ink on paper is washed out. Paper folia are in good condition.
Parchment has suffered damage. May have been close to a fire. Many folia show signs of water damage.
ff. 65, 103: bottom right corner is missing.
f. 107: cut along ruling line close to the gutter.
f. 118: long cut along the ruling line in the outer margin, from the bottom to the middle of the folio.
ff. 120–121: half of the folia was ripped diagonally across folia.
ff. 177–194: damage to the edge of the folia.

PARATEXTS:
Lection identifiers and Eusebian apparatus in the margins throughout. Lectionary apparatus is written primarily in red; Eusebian information written in black by a later hand.
Small Eusebian tables in the margin in Mark written at times in black, at times in red.
In the parchment section, scribe wrote in red ink the Gospel id on the upper left corner of the verso on each folio (μτ, μρ, λου, ιω).
