1. At some point (likely 1979), Pierpont acquired a photocopy of at least some of the work, and he made significant annotations on these copied pages. Some of these were found bound together and these were digitized on 22 June, 2022. Two pages were found separately, and these were digitized on 4 August 2022. Some of these pages were re-used for various purposes, as evident from the printed material on the other side of the page: some are printouts of emails from the early 2000s, and some look like notes for a church service. The two pages found separately have typed research on the pericope de adultera, dated 14 June 2000, but it is unclear to me if these pages are part of an earlier iteration of Maurice Robinson’s research on the PA or if they are Pierpont’s work himself (I am inclined to believe the former). 2. According to a note in the physical book, Pierpont acquired a physical copy of the Hendrickson re-print of Westcott and Hort’s Introduction “from Jack Rogers” on 25 August 1995. This physical copy contains light annotations on a few pages. On 30 Sept. 2022, I scanned only the annotated pages of this physical copy. I have combined all the pieces into a single group. If a page exists of the older photocopy, I include it regardless of whether or not it has annotations by Pierpont. I have supplemented these pages with scans of the annotated pages of Pierpont’s copy of the Hendrickson reprint. I include both versions if Pierpont annotated both. The only change I made to the images is that I redacted a mark on the opening page that has information on the present location of the physical volume. As the value of this item is Pierpont’s handwritten annotations, not the printed text itself (which is available elsewhere), we have not employed OCR to make the pdf of this item searchable. —EH, 30 Sept. 2022
